Everyone makes mistakes and I am a reasonable person so that if you have ordered an item incorrectly, it does not fit or does not match your eyes I will accept returns. However, the items must be in new condition, not damaged, complete with all tags and associated info, you then simply call me at the shop on 01773 535293 to inform me of the pending return. I will refund the item and outgoing carriage BUT NOT the return carriage - why should I be penalized for your error or decision making?

If I make an error and send out the incorrect item (yeh, like this will happen) I will gladly refund the return carriage and you will get a little 'sorry' pressie (if I am in a generous mood that day)

CHECK ALL DELIVERIES FOR DAMAGE - once you have signed for a delivery I cannot make any claim against the carriers and will not accept a return, if a package looks damaged you must sign accordingly and report the incident to me immediately by calling 01773 535293.
